Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Sanaz Daghighi is a visual artist and graphic designer whose work has evolved through years of dedication and exploration. With a degree in Graphic Design, Sanaz began painting at the age of 15 and has continued to refine her craft ever since. Her journey as an artist took a significant turn when she immigrated to Canada in 2017, where she settled in Newmarket. Since 2018, Sanaz has shared her passion for art through painting classes for both children and adults, inspiring others to express their creativity.

Sanaz’s preferred mediums are pastels and oil paints, which she uses to create vibrant, expressive pieces that explore the beauty and complexity of nature. Her work is deeply inspired by the natural world, as well as the magic of human expression captured through art. Throughout her career, she has held numerous gallery exhibitions in her hometown of Tehran, and since moving to Canada, she has been recognized as a newcomer artist in Toronto and Richmond Hill. Sanaz’s art has been featured in prominent venues such as the North York Civic Library and the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts, where her work was showcased for a month.

Guided by a commitment to continuous learning, Sanaz believes in the transformative power of art and the importance of hard work and practice. Each new day brings an opportunity to push the boundaries of creativity, and she remains dedicated to sharing her visions and connecting with others through her artwork.
